Building a Future Together
We believe this building is more than a structure, it is a tool for ministry, discipleship, outreach, and future generations. Our prayer is to create a safe, welcoming, and excellent environment where people can encounter Jesus, grow in community, and experience life transformation.
As we move forward in faith, we are committed to stewarding this opportunity with wisdom, transparency, and excellence. Below is an overview of our Building Momentum Project and how funds will be prayerfully and strategically allocated.
Project Vision: $1,000,000

Phase 1: Essential Renovations
$500,000 (50%)
These improvements focus on creating a safe, functional, and ministry-ready environment for worship services, discipleship, and our community.

Architectural floor plans and permits

Interior demolition, construction, paint, and flooring

Structural improvements (roof, stucco, etc.)

Complete HVAC installation in the auditorium and servicing of existing units

Safety and security technologies

Parking lot improvements, including lighting, asphalt, striping, and drainage

City code compliance requirements (electrical, fire safety, exits, etc.)

Auditorium stage designed to support worship and ministry gatherings

Phase 2: Ministry &
Hospitality Enhancements
$250,000 (25%)
These improvements will help create a welcoming and excellent environment for worship, fellowship, and ministry to families and guests.

Updated audio and visual systems to enhance worship services and ministry communication

Phase 3: Stewardship
& Sustainability
$250,000 (25%)
These funds will help ensure long-term financial health and responsible stewardship throughout the renovation process and beyond.

Strengthening ministry reserves utilized during the building acquisition process

Assisting with interest payments during the construction and build-out period

Establishing reserves for future maintenance and ongoing facility improvements
Maintaining healthy reserves allows our church to respond wisely to future ministry needs, facility maintenance, and unexpected expenses without creating unnecessary financial strain.
Looking Ahead...
Any funds received above the project vision goal will be applied directly toward reducing the principal balance of the church mortgage, helping strengthen the long-term financial health of the ministry.
